Because my site has been designed on a grid system, The design sort of formed up from the square shape which in turn, has given it quite a lineal shape. Because it was difficult to create curved forms from the square grid, the design needed to fit into the site shape. I did originally want to put a curved facade into the building but decided against it as I felt it would have been out of place and looked like i put it there just for the sake of it.
